I am currently the program coordinator for RTA Media Production at The Creative School in Toronto, Canada. I am about to begin my PhD journey, researching audience impacts of variable-speed media playback and the design of a content-aware variable speed playback engine. My Masters of Design work focused on systems to positionally track microphones and dynamically correct for time-of-arrival differences. I am a mix engineer with experience in film, broadcast, and new media. I have a passion for music production and sound design and am a founding member of the Victory Social Club media collective in Toronto. I've been a sessional instructor at The Creative School for 15 years and have redeveloped the school's introductory, intermediate, and advanced audio curriculum. This past semester, I launched a new course in immersive and interactive audio production.
