Prof. Shraddha Sankulkar is a Counseling Psychologist & the Founder-Director of Mind Matterz (A Psychological Guidance Unit) & School of Emotional Intelligence, based in Mumbai, India. Besides heading her Psychological consultancy for 15 years, she has vast experience of teaching and research that spans for two decades. She is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Psychology & Personality Development associated with Soundideaz Academy based in Andheri, Mumbai, India. Prof. Sankulkar’s research interests mostly lie in exploring best practices in the field of Education and to focus on topics pertaining to Emotional Intelligence & Mind Management. In 2017, one of her co-authored research paper titled ‘Cross cultural trends in Emotional Intelligence of Teaching Professionals (India & U.K) has got published in Journal of Psychology & Clinical Psychiatry, U.S.A. Besides this, Prof Sankulkar is an internationally acclaimed Creative Writer and since 2013 she has been a Full Time Overseas member associated with Society of Women Writers and Journalists, U.K. Since more than a decade, she has been presenting her literary skills & has written 3 academic text-books of Psychology and various newspaper columns that have received accolades in the Mumbai Press. Given her experience in Psychology, Education and Writing, she wishes to heal, educate and inspire people by blending all her skill sets and thereby intends to contribute to the world community.
